1. ATTIRE IN THE COURTROOM

Modest apparel will be worn

NO tank tops, halters, shorts or inappropriate headwear

Shirt tails will be tucked in at all times

Belts and suspenders will be properly secured.

No inappropriate wearing of jewelry

2. ORDER & DECORUM IN THE COURTROOM

NO talking in the courtroom

Noisy children will be removed from the courtroom

When appearing before the judge, stand erect with arms at your sides

NO unnecessary movement in and out of the courtroom

Everyone must be seated

3. ITEMS NOT ALLOWED IN THE COURTROOM

WEAPONS OF ANY KIND

Cell phones and pagers are not allowed in the courtrooms

Magazines, books or Newspapers while in court is in session

Video equipment, Tape recorders or cameras
